Clearview is a residential cleaning platform serving homeowners in Vancouver, WA and Clark County. We connect clients with experienced independent cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and want consistent local jobs without managing their own marketing or scheduling.

Clearview Cleaning operates as a referral and coordination platform. All working arrangements are structured as independent contractor relationships, not employment. Accepted partners are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, business registration, and regulatory compliance. Clearview does not withhold taxes, provide benefits, or guarantee a minimum volume of work.
All applicants must meet the following requirements before applying. If you do not currently meet these requirements, please do not submit this form.
2+ years of professional residential cleaning experience — we do not accept applicants without a verified professional background in residential cleaning
Active Washington State UBI number — you must operate as a registered business entity (sole proprietor, LLC, or similar). If you do not yet have a UBI number, you must obtain one before beginning work with Clearview
Active general liability insurance policy — all network partners are required to maintain their own liability coverage. Proof of insurance will be collected during onboarding
Your own cleaning equipment and supplies — Clearview does not supply equipment
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Smartphone — required for job management and check-in/out
